Congratulations to songwriter Dan Mathews of St. Paul Minnesota on the signing of seven songs demoed by Play It Again!The initial interest was in the song "Lady In The Harbor". Bill Watson of Play It Again produced a 24 track demo of the song at Mockingbird Hill Studio with Steve Sturm (of Travis Tritt) engineering. Dan's first pitch attempt resulted in offers from two publishers in Nashville and one in Los Angeles, CA with Dream Seekers (BMI) of Nashville, TN getting the nod.

Another of Dan's songs "On Hallowed Ground"w/Bill Watson producing/engineering in-house at Play It Again Demo's studio, was also signed by Dream Seekers in May of '06. A third song of Dan's produced by Mr. Watson at Mockingbird Hill w/ Steve Sturm engineering titled "Country Legends Jamboree" and a fourth titled "Daddy's Hand" produced and engineered by Bill Watson at Play It Again Studios were both signed w/ Brandon Hills Publishing (BMI) on 9-22-06.
